The Grab & Go Book (Patient Care & Current Communication Manual) is simple to follow and will help you create a plan. This class includes your book, training on how to assemble your book and instructions on how to build a wraparound team.

What to expect: 
– You’ll receive a PDF digital file of book pages, which you’ll need to print.
– We’ll walk you through finding the information you’ll need for your Grab & Go Book.

Tuesday Evenings from 7-9pm

PRICE: $50 This includes two hours of training and links to the materials. Limit of 12 people per class.
